Diamond City extension

So I kinda stumble upon a mod that adds a fully working workbench to Diamond City.
I could of of course not keep my fingers away so I have extended Diamond city a little bit.
With some exceptions, all new buildings have been built in the farther end (near the pond).
IIRC the extension means an additional 13 settlers to Diamond city.
