Dalton Farm because Covenant is too tiny.. =E

Name it Dalton's Dancer :dance2and say "Why didn't (Cassie?) mention this was here?"
Extra history to tie it to Cassie/Family optional.
Coming along nicely.
You Do know that there are NavMesh blocks in PBP-Special-NavMesh. So you Could make a floor of them to cover the area for Settlers.

Personally I Like player areas that settlers/companions can't get into, and try to include a small one in each build. Somewhere the Player can get away from NPCs :cool
In this build I've put it in the Windmill tower, which has NavMesh but Ladder only access.

yea, I've tried using the meshes. I think there's a nav cut on the edge if the boat, maybe to prevent the AI from dropping over the edge by accident? Not sure, tried all sorts of stuff.

Might have to sit this one out... Something happened with my build limit and I may have gone over. it was sitting at about 20% for the longest time so I ran the recalculator. FT to Far Harbor and back and I was full. Ran the tool in the Contest mod just to verify and ya. pretty sure I'm well over....

Is there a way to see a real number of triangles to see how far I busted?

Yes. First select the workshop with the console (or use PRID 3038ea8 for DaltonFarm, E0505 for Covenent) then:
  • getav 348 - Will show the current number of triangles used by the player.
  • getav 34A - Will show the current number of draw calls used by the player.
  • getav 349 - Will show the maximum value of the triangle budget for the settlement.
  • getav 34B - Will show the maximum value of the draw call budget for the settlement.
Edit: You should try resetting to default and then enlarging. Then run recalculator again.
These commands report the # Recorded, so use recalculator to be sure.

@Modhunter, I'm well below the triangle count, but above the Draws. I don't know what that means. Can you shed some light on what I'm looking at, if you get a chance?

Much appreciated.

I Believe the draws are the number of Objects, from both you and plots.
I Think you can be a Bit over on that, due to city plans using pre-combined groups, but we'll need an Expert @Sirlach @uituit :boss for that point.
You have re-run the recalculator Again since you came back yes?
If so you have a problem, and need to trim down to add your lights etc...

Edit: A symptom of too many smaller objects. You can have larger objects with more triangles, but only so many total objects for the engine to track before it Can't anymore. Which is why Bethesda gave us a build limit, which we Are really pushing...
Far Harbour has all the fog to hide things in to keep FPS up.

Yes, this was after I recalculated. I do have a lot of lights.... could probably remove some of those...

The little invisible lights don't really use much.
Look to your clutter would be my suggestion, nice though it is, it's lots of little objects, which is the problem. I try to save 15-20% for that with a few BigTreePlots to start as place holders.

Only a few days left , make sure you have your top 10 pics in your 1st post.
