Ok so awkcr needs to be directly under unoffical patch then maybe don’t see the hud framework mod.

get rid of Rise the commonwealth the city plans for me always break a settlement.
the population cap for settlers increase mod won’t do much as city plans limit the number of settlers to the bed count.

mother then that nothing sticks out to me so maybe somebody else has a better idea then me of any other mods that may conflict.
HUDframework is from Ingame Mod Menu. Nexus one was giving me issues

Good evening I am having some issues with getting How to HQ, with the supply line part of the quest I built the caravan station yet its not allowing me back at HQ to assign anyone. Anyone advice would be apricated thanks.
 
New update: 20min FRESH SAVE, Dying = CTD. Apparently its the same issue when it comes to loading a game or reloading a save. SSM2C2 is doing SOMETHING to cause this...

I have heard a few people were having issues with the ss2gun4hire door patch, could try to ditch that. The doors will overlap, for me I could click on the g4h sign to enter the g4h office and the door to go nightingales, ugly but worked (with no patch). Crime and punishment is pretty script heavy in a different way from SS2 but even Flashy would recommend against using it with SS2. I have done it with C1 but I suggest lightening your LO until C2 gets more stable.

I’ve yet to have issue with gun for hire but I also have done minimal quests with it only a few kill contracts. And as far as the door if you use place everywhere you can remove the time out go to hangman’s alley then use the extra key to click and move the doors I moved the ss2 door left to the next door frame since gun for hire adds a few decorations outside the door. absolutly no issues doing it this way after 48hrs game play time.

Gun4hire in and of itself isn't the problem, but some people reported crashing issues with the patch that moves the door, Didn't look into myself.

I had a CTD that I couldn't figure out caused by invoking the "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" line in Fallout4.ini. Turned out to be a script in the scripts folder but not sure which one. Every vanilla save I had created to start a mod game with did NOT have that line invoked and would CTD once it was. Then I created a vanilla save with that line invoked and all was well with the Common Wealth once again. BTW, I use Vortex mod manager and that is what initially caused me to start having these CTDs as it invokes that line automatically. I don't know if this is related to your issue but I was pulling my hair out over it.

That line is required for mods with loose files to work. I use MO2 which doesn't have the problem of messing up the install folder but you'll need to clean yours and then do whatever Vortex does to reinstall your mods.
 
Well its not Gun For Hire. Because I was in diamond city on my new save to see what happens, and I DID IN FACT see the guy from C2 with the Plauge Doctor mask standing near cricket. Then I died and the game crashed. Its something deff with C2.

I did not say it was gun for hire, I fumbled my way to the end of C2 with gun 4 hire installed, I said some people were having issues with the door patch.

Ah that could be it was made back on the 2.0a hotfix so lot has been changed.

Lupe works fine for me but I can’t assign Teresa to her job overseeing personal says 0/0 jobs available so I tried using the command prompt from the build menus and nothing there worked either.

after that my game crashed and since I have all my auto saves turned off I lost a couple hours play time so I quit before I got upset. Hopefully the save times stuff gets fixed soon I need my resting autosaves.

That most likely means you have a loose file somewhere in .fallout 4/data/ that is giving you issues. You might want to think about doing a clean install of FO4 to fix this.

Odd indeed. I had no issues now and finished Ch2 "good shyt and i rate it a 10/10". My modlist is pretty light coz i nuked mine just to play CH2 and anything that i think affects scripts got scraped like respawn times etc. My last hurdle was the Doctor thing for HQ. I do have pink glass now lol, i use the reduce texture size thing dunno if thats the cause but i have missing textures with clear glass for the atrium thing "i just pretend its working as intended and my team just like Pink glass, gives a cathedral feel". Try it my way and set up check points like you have this impending doom feeling coz your about to do something Ch2 related and set a save just in case "happened to me so many times i lost count but i kept trucking on inch by inch and finished Ch2". I think i lost 8-12 hours of gameplay but yeah whatever "atleast i have something to report here lol".
 
So after all the mess I went through re installing fresh, I am about 90% positive Clean and Simple was a major culprit in the crashing issues I was having. It worked fantastic with chapter one, but I dont think it plays nice with chapter 2. I am sad, I loved clean and simple, but all good things come to an end I would rather have a working SS2.
