Hello sorry if this is asked before. But I am wondering if Crime and Punishments Prison settlers can be assigned to Plots? Just asking considering robots can be assigned. Why Cant they?

Not familliar with CaP but depends on how the prisoners work, could be a very different thing mechanically so SS2 wouldn't recognize them as proper settlers. Though someone could probably make a patch for that.

According to the XEdit records I found, the Prissoner Settlers except with a few expections to alternate scripts like Revolting and seperated death mechanic, not to mention "Factions". Are functionally the same as generic settlers (The Workshop NPC Male/Female) records so they can be assigned to Settlement Objects no problem. However I do not know in code what are the criteria's for to be able to be assinged to a plot in SS2. So what are the criteria's here?

It should be noted that you start with NPC's you capture being turned into Prisoners, after some time these Prisonners can be turned into Settlers after you did not have any revolts and such. For example a Trapper Prisonner (because you took a Raider prisson because of the Surrender Mechanic) can be turned into a Trapper Settler. I have uploaded two screenshot of the records here. I assume the regular settler version of the prisoners have no issues to interact with SS2, the only problem I see is with the Prisoner version. Because while they are assignable to normal settlement objects, I do not know how SS2 does things.
