Question Consume Basic Resources Only?

Thanks to Kinggath for another great mod. What does Consume Basic Resources Only mean? I'm specifically referring to the xbone version. I've read the description on Nexus and read the wiki (it's really for devs not users) and I can't find information on this setting.

Settlers will only consume farm related food consumables out of your workshops so that sweet, juicy deathclaw meat doesn't get munched on by the common folk. They'll just eat things like tatos, mutfruit, corn, etc.
