Solved Constant Attacks

Not sure what’s going on but in my game I’ve captured all the settlements and currently I am avoiding talking to Jammer because I don’t want to start “Becoming The Conqueror” as I can never get that quest to finish. However my issue is that now every in game day 3-5 outposts/vassals get attacked. I have all the prevent outposts from being attacked options set to On yet I’m still having issues I think it could possibly be vanilla attacks too because it’s supermutants and raiders that attack. I have uncapped settlement surplus set to no attacks so that should prevent vanilla attacks. Any advice on how to stop random attacks would be helpful it’s very distracting.

Turned out to be a vanilla issue and not attacks from conqueror.

I tried using Disable Minutemen Radiant Quest’s which is supposed to disable all of them, but it didn’t work looking it FO4edit showed the mod edited the proper files, but wasn’t working no big deal though I simply made my own simple mod using FO4edit that simply disables the quest triggers.
