Around 16 bases in and only have found one major bug. I get a message to defend sanctuary. Minutemen spawn almost in the middle. My 35 raiders ignore them and my turrets sometimes fire. I end up having to solo them.

Got a similar issue very early on my first base which was Starlight Drive in.
Do you have any mods that edit NPC behavior, like NPC's Travel or More Enemies or any other Quest mods?

I don't have too many other mods installed. I think the game just really confused on whose the enemy of the minutemen. They attacked me six times there is 100s of corpses that never rot.
