Conqueror Citizens, Settlers and Settler Extended Dialogues???

Has anyone used the extended dialogues with Conqueror and had conflicts?

Does it work? Or does Conqueror change forms of the settlers so there would be a conflict?

I am asking because a person asked me on my Conqueror City Pre-builds and I couldn't answer it right away.

Any help or answer would be appreciated!

I do ask well. This is more about the settler extended or additional dialogues... any experience with those?

I ran the Settler Overhaul and the Real Names mod the OP asked about. In xEdit, no conflicts with SS and Conqueror - just in case anyone wants to know.
