Question Conqueror and Sim Everything Beginner Questions

Hello Guys,
sorry for - which mostly are easy newb - questions,
though I still hope to get some short info before I have to start on big research ;-)

I'm already a FO4 Player (PC 750 hour, some 100 on PS4), also with Mods (Weapons, Companions, Player houses, harder enemys (Deadly xxx, Zombies, Combat Stalkers and such) but also some game cheats for better relaxing game play for me personally.
Now, I never have build too big and too nice Settlements...
And I've seen this Sim Settlements even make it - somewhat more complicated (not in a negative way I mean that) but also simpler as the Settlers build up these "Prefabs" themself....
Still perhaps too complicated for me.... lol... yes

But now this Sim Conqueror got my attention.
I've read, I can set all (about all, it's minus Main Story) settlements to build up from some level 1 to some level 3 of predefined (but random choosen) Settlement plans.
That sounds interesting. Very interesting.

Now, I'm already playing, latest version as of now,
done the Raider Quest to the Point I killed all Settlers at one Settlement (here Sunshine Tidings) - which was way toooo easy, and now I get an info screen saying to me:

"Place more beds and residential plots to increase...."

(A) So... do I have to do this or can I just leave the Settlement as it s, and over time it will increase itself with all necessary stuff (beds, food, water, defense) themself ?
I was in the hope, I don't have to do anything....
Also when I do something like that, won't that not collide with scripted increasement of the Settlement??

One Question/Wish for the "Difficulty".

(B ) As I am using f.e. Modern Firearms (Bethseda Edition, now, all my Mods are from the ingame Mods Menu), normally all found enemies in the world, during Quests, during Raids and during Settlement defenses are having these new Weapons (mostly) and also armor upgrades from the various Mods I have installed. I should also note that I'm already Level 35.
I think this should be added/made possible within this Mod otherwise it will not be the same difficulty/gameplay type.

EDIT2: Nevermind lol, now got to attack the second Settlement and all my 5 Raiders - while still being nearly naked all, they still have "modern Firearms" loaded lol ;-)
+1 (B ) is solved then ;-) besides they being naked, but perhaps they find something to wear till the third Attack lol ;-)

But back to my question,

(C) I have hoped, this Mod will let me play as the "General" or "Leader" (good or bad) of a Group/Gang, manage them (the guys) but they themself (when assigned) will build up the Settlement themselfs....
Is this true or do I still need to play Lego with the Settlement?

(D) Also the Settlements do advance from Level 1 to 3 during time, this won't be interrupted through a "owner" change, right? That means, this Sunshine Tidings Settlement will change it's appearance now to somewhat more Raider style, but also do still get further advanced upto Level 3 during time, right?

Another thing I just noticed yet (during that assault).
But I'm not sure if this is a thing you Devs can change in this Mod or if that's a problem of the "Highlightning" Mod itself, but

(E) all "friendly" Raiders helping with the Attack got marked "red" while the Settlers, even if "not friendly anymore" did not. Is this something you can have sort, or is this a problem of the other Mod (it's "Highlighting Enemy, Corpses and Friends") ?

EDIT1: Not sure if it's indeed that Mod... as also when using VATS it's shows these Raiders as red = Enemies.
EDIT2: Though this reverted this time to normal *after* coming near them (Quest activates) - not sure why that wasn't the case the first time (first Settlement ever) though - propably because we - literally - weren't yet in the same "faction" codewise ?

If that Mod can deliver this and more Quests and Storyline will be added, it's like a whole new DLC,
Thank you Devs!!!
Thanks guys!

rucky.

In the holotape, conqueror settings, turn on vassals can upgrade. This will allow your vassals to keep upgrading as you play.

But I usually go ahead and build a small shack in the corner of the settlements with about 5 sleeping bags to make room for more settlers in between city levelling. Sometimes I'll throw down 6 mutfruit as well.

Your raiders will auto equip anything that is in their respective levelled lists, so if modern firearms is injected into those lists, they can spawn with those items.

You will want to read some of the posts about auto assign settings, as this gets a little complicated for me to explain here and some of the other members have already gone over it.

And this mod delivers much more, lol. Truly a worthy DLC
