Concord Maintenance Cell causes invisible bodies on custom outfits

For some reason, the newly added Maintenance cell (area where you kickstart the generator for the plutonium well) in the Concord sewers area causes NPCs (companions) who are wearing custom outfits to have their bodies invisible.
This happens upon loading into a cell.
I'm wondering if that's something to do with how the cell is configured via a flag or something, but usually just re-equipping an armor piece fixes this.

This seems to only happen with SS2 added cells as well.

I notice the same thing for the two basement levels in the Vault-Tec Regional Facility
