Question Cleanup Stage, hostile settlers leave bleedout

So I took over sanctuary and my second raid, the one after building the war planners desk, I chose to hit abernathy farm. After downing all the civilians I get the Mission successful prompt, but all the civilians in bleedout immediately recover while they are still hostile, usually leading to me dying. When returning fire the civilians now die. I believe something is causing the civvies to leave bleedout mode before the cleanup script is done changing them to friendly etc.

I disabled knockout framework and this problem seems to have gone away. Shame, I'd like to use knockout framework in this playthrough, oh well.
