Hello!
I've been having a problem with sim settlements city plans - they dont show up. I have sim settlements with rise of the commonwealth and industrial revolution plus Conqueror and the basic city plans from RotC show up without any problem - the problem is that Ive got city plans mega packs installed (year 1, year 2 and year 3) with mods that are recommended with them on nexus and they are not showing up in game. I tried setting the build limit to 500% in workshop but to no avail. I read somewhere that i need to allow multi level city plans for it to work but i cant find this option. Tried installing sim settlements rotc and industrial revolution separetly and 3 in 1 verisons but nothing changes. Help! Big thanks to everyone that tries to help me.

Solved. I just thought that megapacks add city plans to the game but infact they only add diffrent plot models
