Solved City plans mega packs

I'm probably missing something simple but I downloaded the plan packs and have been trying to get them to show up in selections window for awhile now with no luck, also I built a house and it took 18hrs w/o furnishings I can test it in game but don't see it in recreational selection window either.

all the videos have helped me alot because I'm not the best reader but I have started poking into the PDF's Thanks I will load my game and give more time for the year one addon to appear that could possibly be my issue there aswell.

No idea what I did other than the performance adjustments but the mega pack is here!!! so many options added Thank You all so much!
