Not a bug City Plans has nothing to do with my Cities selected

Like... Idk if it's really going to affect me, or if it's like those are the right plans just randomly named wrong? I haven't started the game yet, and i'll let you know if things just works out and it's just wonky visuals, but i'm pre-making this thread for now. I'll see if it builds the right settlements and such.
 
Update: I went to Hangman's ally... and it wasn't built or anything, so I guess i'm going to bunker hill to see if that's built instead, even though it wasn't what I selected
 
Looks like... nothing was built at all. No settlement worked. I guess i'm going to restart my save and see if it fixes itself
 
Welp, the 2nd time around, it actually had the correct city plan options... but it still had 'October 2018 Contest Winner' and 'RotC: Bunker Hill' as options? So I put them on the left. Before I can actually get to either of the settlements I had to be pre-built. I guess I ran into a different issue, now any time I try to load a save in that playthough, it just ctd. So I didn't even get to go to them to see if they worked. So i'm doing ANOTHER fresh playthough to see if it works lol.
 
Nope, nothing works, it never pre-builds cities... Idk what's wrong :( I'm going to see if another thread already reported this.
 
I have yet to be able to replicate this. If it's still happening to you, can you test a new game with just Sim Settlements, Conqueror, and WSFW and see if the list of City Plans still mismatches your selected settlements?
