(sorry about Hancock,he was REALLY interested it the desk as soon as I placed it)

Anytime I set down a City Planner's desk like so,the terminal and blueprints are gone. They USED to work as I was able to get Sanctuary up and started by itself with Rise of the commonwealth now its in ruins with the SS torn out of the settlement.Sorry if this has already answered/fixed,I've tried everything from load order, verifying files,re-installing and loading a VERY early save and nothing has worked.

Also my load order:
(I have the 3-1 installed)

I found few issues.

First of all, your load order is not sorted correctly. Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp should load directly after official DLC files. Sim Settlements.esm should load after it. It looks to me that you have other potential conflicts there as well. Have you tried running LOOT to sort your load order?

Second problem is Nexus Mod Manager itself. It can sometimes fail to install files correctly. NMM is no longer supported by Nexus. They have officially moved to Vortex now.

That mess looks like parts of the mod are missing. I would either recommend installing Sim Settlements manually, or moving to up to date managers like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2.

Ah thank you, another friend reccomended me LOOT as well and I have my stuff now sorted I think properly!
