Do you need both? I guess I thought one would eliminate the need for the other, but I still want to donate arms and armour (yep, Canadian) to improve my goons armour and weapons, as well as that for the workers and slaves...

One is for planning raids and recruitment of new persons, but the other is related to the settlement and it's upkeep. Someone may make a mod that combines both, but that is not this day.
