So I'm running into an issue. I hit my city build limit, and then I changed the settings to allow me to build more but now when I go to build nothing appears. It's like the ability to build plots is somehow now just gone. Anyone run into this? I'm still in chapter 1, fairly early. Hit my first build limit, tried a workaround in the settings but now it's like I can't build literally anything.
I can get the menu up and go to the plot, but it just wont appear for me.
