I don’t think anyone has released any for Xbox at this point and I imagine that is at least partially because xbox has a fair amount of trouble with the ones there already are.
Considering how new the ability to make city plans is, I think people are waiting for more info on how to best make sure xbox will handle what they build... plus, first playing with the new toy, they aren’t all about smaller builds that xbox will do well with.

KG is doing a bunch of testing for xbox trying to get a base line of exactly what it, and low end PC's will handle. At this point it seems about twice the vanilla build limit is the sweet spot.
Which means ya get 2 sleeping bags, a hand pump, 3 crops and if you push it, a chair. LOL
