Fixed Can't Select Settlements

Hi--I can't select the settlements in the options at the beginning, to tell Conqueror what settlements to build out. The inventory screen only comes up blank. I've actually let it run overnight to see if it would populate, but it did not.

Now it pops up quite frequently as I try to play but the inventory screen is never populated and so I can't complete saving my options.

It also apparently is keeping me from playing correctly; Jammer assigned me one settlement to take over, but as there was nothing there (due to not selecting the settlements), it's kind of locked there, and when he assigns me to raid another settlement the only option in the list is the first settlement I took over... and if I try to play through that, all of my raider recruits turn hostile on me, and I cannot progress.

Thanks. I have the latest hot patch but it's still happening. If there isn't another resolution I'll try taking out all the mods other than the ones for SS as KingGath suggests.

This was almost certainly caused by Workshop Framework not being up to date. If you still have this issue. Please open another ticket, but I'm going to assume at this point you've resolved it, or one of our patches dealt with the issue.
