Can't select a commercial plot building type on 2x2 plots

So this is an odd one that's recently popped up within the last two patches. For whatever reason when I try to build a commercial plot, the list of plot options comes up blank. It will build the 2x2 plot as a random plot and then I cannot change it. This isn't the case with the 1x1 plots, but those don't have all of the shop options. Has anyone else had this issue?

That just happens sometimes, the exact cause hasn't yet been found since it seems so random - personally it's only happened to me maybe twice in all these hours of playing SS2.
There's a tool in the City Manager 2078 Holotape called "Refresh Building Plan Caches" that should do the trick, if you wait a moment after running it before you try again at least.

if you run the command via the tape and its still not showing give it time go sit in DC and make a drink annoy friends family give it some time maybe scrips are lagging it come back and should be good.
