Cant recruit new settlers to HQ after new update.

I used to be able to get the recruitment dialog as normal, but since the new update i only get the vanilla trade menu.

It can take a moment for their 'reassignment' to function. I find that its possible to watch it by going into Workshop Mode and watching the Population count on the HUD.

the best way to see if all has gone wel is to watch the settler for a while i notice them changing gear / outfit the moment they get there residency switched to GNN!
