Can't Progress in Leverage

No this isn't about the ron, I have reached the stage where you're supposed to explore the offices with Lydia. I looked on the wiki, apparently there is some sort of keycard but I can't find it. Please help.

P.S. I'm a Xbox One X player.

Interacting with the bank door that requires a key should prompt Lydia to say "no need, I have the key", and then unlock the door for you. Is she not responding to this at all?

Lydia won't speak up. I saw that she should be able to open the doors, and I pick pocketed the key from her. and went through all the doors. Quest won't progress, for some reason all my saves disappeared except ones from hours ago. Can I skip the stage or the quest?

I am on PC. If there's a console command to skip it that be great.

I managed to find a save before I pickpocketed her. So, I rolled back to that. Still no lucky. I'm standing at the doors trying to use them while shes near by and all I get is the message I need the key to open it. I've abandoned that quest for now and Lydia is just traveling the commonwealth with me.

Sorry - I only just saw this post!

Not sure why this did not trigger correctly for you, can you load the save before the pickpocket please, approach the inaccessible door and click on it (make sure she is near you), and if she does not talk, can you please type into console:

sqs SS2C3_NLTC05

And tell me which stages are set please?

The stages I am concerned with are 210, 220, 230, and 235, and whether they are marked not set or done.

Try:

setstage ss2c3_nltc05 235

I'm unsure if it will open the door, you may require tcl, but see if it does first. It should at least get you to the next stage.
