Question Can't place city Planners Desk?

Any help would be appreciated, here is my load order, sorry, it may be messy, I haven't sorted through it properly yet as I'm not great with mods and it's late. Sim Settlements, Rise of the Commonwealth and NBL Leaders Pack installed, Concord holotape found and the sim settlements build menu is available, but when I go to build the planners desk or plots, the word 'build' is greyed out. Does anyone know what i've done wrong?

Sounds like you don't have the materials required to build the plots or desks.

You can change initial plot costs to off and see if it lets you put down some plots. Or if this is the case get to scrapping.

One of the components the desk needs to build (concrete, maybe???) often slows me up early in some settlements or before supply lines get established.

No, sorry, that's not it. I not only had the materials, but also had tried it in God Mode too. Ah, in testing further it seems I couldn't build anything at all, sorry, it looks like it's not a Sim Settlements Issue. I'll just see if I can google and fix it before responding.

Ah, ok, I fixed it, I had to download and install 'place everywhere', which I think I had an older version of originally prior to my fresh install. It must be something to do with that.

I’m having a problem with the city planners desk. It won’t load the terminal, flag staff, or blueprint on the table. What could be causing this and is there a fix?
