Can't load a game

HI Kinggath I found this post below on nexus, from earlier in the week.
For some reason I cannot load a game with 3-in-1 3.4.6a installed. The little valut-tech logo just pulses forever on the main menu, can't even get to a loading screen.

I am having the same problem,- mine started after the Sim Settlements Three-in-One v3.4.6a update last weekend.
I am not sure if you found out what was causing it, but I found that if i unticked
Crafting Mastery - patch sim settlements.esp this let the game load. I am guessing this maybe the bug..

The game has a script data limitation, and when hit, causes the game freeze while trying to load.
In other words.. ya gots to dang many mods! LOL
But seriously, KG has been in contact with Bugthesda and the guys working on F4SE, so hopefully.. one of them will fix the game.
In the mean time... KG has a temporary *fix* he's working on. Not a permanent one.. but.. fingers crossed Bugthesda fixes the game correctly!

Oh, and when you disabled that mod.. it dropped the script data below the 64MB limit and the game loaded.

What woodfuzzy said, Whitesacha. The problem seems to be a really odd one that I don't think has ever cropped up before in FO4 modding. For me, all I had to do was remove a city plan mod and mine worked. For others it was other mods removed and then it worked. It seems we've hit a barrier with Fallout 4 as a game itself on what is possible and what isn't. KG is working on it.

As an aside, the mod that I had to uninstall to load a save I was able to reinstall later. So I don't even know if this is a permanent problem or just a temporary one for each person's system.

Yes very interesting, especially how it effects different people and which mod it reacts to on whos system.

My plan is to greatly reduce the script memory used by SS for the next patch.

We're likely all going to have to get used to this issue though - it appears to be a hard game engine limitation that we're the first to discover! (Neither the F4SE team, nor Bethesda themselves were aware of it).

After the next patch, it won't likely be an issue unless you hoard City Plans. As long as you just enable the ones you plan on using for that character, you won't have any issues.

I'm looking into better long-term solutions and anticipate we'll be able to have infinite City Plans on PC in the future - Xbox players will likely always have to keep it to 1 or 2 CPs per settlement to stay below the cap.
