I've been checking about this and found other people with issues revolving around this quest, but my issue seems different. I'm unable to actually give the war table all of my components. I get a message telling me I can't remove quest items from my inventory when I try to give it the Advanced Memory Module and the Defibrillator Arm. SetStage doesn't work either. I'm just... stuck. I also don't seem to be getting any further in the actual questline, but I don't suspect that has anything to do with this since it's supposed to be a Side Quest. Not really sure what that's about.
