Can't continue the story

Hi the warriors I recruited don't turn up when I go to operations keeps saying not enough soldiers and I can't skip the quest so I'm stuck any idea on how to fix this

I can a sign loadout on the war bench but it doesn't take when I go back to the NPC it's still on zero

are yo making sure you are selecting a loadout that matches the npc rank

there are 5 ranks
0-4
0 being your fresh recruits

from your SS that solider is rank 1 so when selecting a loadout it lists near the top of the loadouts what rank they are for

and check to see when this started happening by looking at your older saves

No cos rank 1 is not their it's only 0234

but I can still edit and change loadouts
I am guessing a patch will be needed for you
so I would suggest recruiting more soldiers from your settlements or HQ and send them to your outposts and when you can build military training plots to help rank up your soldiers past rank 1
if you are low on settlers you can use CC

this will place 1 npc at you do this in a settlements and open workshop and send them to your settlement then use the recruitment clipboard to enlist him to an outpost

I'll do that thank you. When I played about a month again there was no was bench so maybe it is a bug
