Can't assign Provisioners at Tenpines Bluff

Hey, so I tired to assign a settlers to be a Provisioner from Tenpines Bluff to Outpost Zimonja, but after selecting the confirm button, nothing happens. The settler just stays as a 'settler' and no supply line is formed.

I though it might be because I was trying to build the ROTC city plan at Outpost Zimonja. I tired to reload a save from before I started the city, but I still had the same problem.

Which settler are you trying to use? The two default settlers at Tenpines are, I believe, coded to stay there so they can't be moved nor become supply lines. If you're on PC, you can make anybody moveable or able to become provisioners, but if you're not just pick someone else.

Ok, I managed to fix it. I had to reload a save and redo the quests.

I think the issue was that I was recruiting too many of the settlers from the "Settlers of the Commonwealth" mod (which I had another mod that allowed me to make them city leaders,) before trying to pick a provisioner. I must have cause some sort of script gridlock or something.
