Cannot create foundations from ASAM sensors

Hello!, im new with this mod. I was following this tutorial at 8:40 he create foundations from ASAM sensor but I cannot see that option in my game. I see another 2 options (Change Power Pole & Change Plot Type)

You can't create them that way. If you build a plot that includes a foundation then you'll be able to customize which foundation is used. If you built a plot without an included foundation, then you just build your choice of foundation from the workshop menu.

Oh, ok you need foundation before put the ASAM on it right?

You can put down a foundation and then build a plot on it, or you can put down a "foundation plot" which has the foundation combined with the plot. They should be options next to each other in the workshop menus. I'm including two screenshots; one showing the "Residential Plot" option, and one showing the "Residential Foundation Plot" option.
