Can you preview plots before placing?

Hey love the mod! I watched all the vids and I know you can place a plot then cycle through the different types, but is there any way to preview the plot, at least level 1 before you palace it?

I swear I saw or heard something in one of the videos about being able to do this but I have not been able to replicate it in game.

With so many new addons being made by other users it seems a shame that you can't see what you are about to build.

So could someone let me know if I am missing something obvious or if it is just not possible.

Thanks again for the fantastic work!

The wiki team has been really good about keeping images of all of the buildings updated: https://www.simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=Build_Stage_preview

Thanks Kinggath I will check it out, I have just started building my first Sim Settlement so I was just curious. I am sure as time goes by I will get to know my favorites, and yes I know, the unknown is half the fun!

EDIT: Okay so call me a dumbass I just noticed the ASAM module on the plots, and that you can interact with it and basically select plot type and most give you the standard green preview in build mode. It takes a second for the module to spawn in once the plot starts to develop. Plus I was simply seeing the choose next plan dialog box when I hovered over the plot, not knowing that I could hover over the ASAM module to get a different menu. Doh!

The mod Sim Settlements Building Plans Tags and more add a preview of the plots in SS + a lot of the SS mods.
Be careful with this mod - given how frequently Sim Settlements and the Add-on packs are updated, it's very likely he's going to fall behind on keeping up with us. Since he's overwriting the actual objects that control the buildings and for the add-ons he's overwriting their esps, there's a good chance he falls behind and you'll end up with broken buildings.

Oh snap, never mind me then. :)
It is a very useful feature. No need to leave the game, go check wiki, go back into the game. Rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the tip Kinggath. I guess I would rather be safe than sorry. If I really have to know I can always check the wiki or just demolish and rebuild if I truly hate a building that much. Plus with so many settlements in the Commonwealth to tackle I am sure I will see all the different types eventually.
