Question Can I make a custom plot in-game and import it into the CK?

Hey all,

I've just recently got the Builders Toolkit and caught up on KGs videos about making custom plots and I'm feeling like giving it a go.

For a starting point I want to plan out my plots in-game for a visual cue and then move over to the CK.
During this process I have begun to wonder if the builds in game (Currently in a special save of Sanctuary Hills) could be loaded into the CK and turned into scols?
Or would this interfere with the process of making a plot in the CK?

Equally, are there any tools like Transfer Settlements or the BTK that could be used to export a building for use in the CK?

Prolly is a way to do that but I have no idea

would be easier just doing it all in the CK ,you can get a 360 degree view of your work
