Question Can’t initiate first raid for vassal

Whenever I conquer the first settlement to be a home base, Jammer says we don’t have enough guys. All the raiders immediately begin working in another plot as a farmer or trader and won’t go on the raids. Waiting 24 hours does nothing, and no new recruits show up. I have 14 guys but it says 0 are available to do the raid. Suggestions? I’ve read this error exists for many people but none of the suggested solutions have worked so far

Do you have quicktrade? Or any similar mod? Only mod I know of that conflicts.

I do have quick trade actually

I suggest disabling quicktrade so you can change the roles for your soldiers, then re-enabling when done.
