Building ASAM sensors?

I've clicked through the "Sensor Info" section of the "City Manager" holotape. However, I do not get an option to craft ASAM sensors in the "Utility" section of my chemistry station. plz help.

In workshop mode, build the city planner's desk (should be under Special, or under Sim Settlements if you've got the Settlement Manager mod). You can craft 'em there.
