I've been Trying to "create the Building Plan" from the pdf tutorial, at step 4; "reopen your building plan, select the text SimSettlements:SimBuildingPlan under Papyrus scripts, and press the Properties button." The form will freeze and not respond (I have waited 30 min and it will not respond). All the other windows work fine.
Have any advice or experience with this?
