Sometimes, the scenes between Jammer & Ophelia (or other characters) get stuffed up due to pathing issues. They end up talking through walls, or one's up above the other, stuff like that. There's been several times where the scene completely broke for me due to this. IMO that leads to frustration from players.
What if, after the construction of the War Planner's Desk, another item also unlocked, something like the fast travel mat. It would mark a spot where scenes play out. Being built by the player, they could designate a location that's not obstructed and easily reachable. Only one could be built (and easily do-able given the condition system).
