Just updated all versions of the Mega Pack Year One to support the new build limit feature.

Addon Authors: the Builder's Toolkit now has a script and addition to the 5.5 tutorial to add support for it to your buildings as well.

Somewhat. If you reset the build limit using the City Manager holotape while in a settlement that was upgraded using IBLE, the build limit will return to vanilla value as expected, but the workbench will not reset to offer you the option to increase it using IBLE. However you can use the holotape to increase it again. I believe if you used IBLE to increase the limit by any amount, the holotape will continue to increase it from that point (unless you use the reset).

Personally I'm going to ditch IBLE, as I feel like it's no longer needed. I can now increase the limit as I go using Sim Settlements' built-in method, instead of using IBLE to guess how much I need.

I just use a bat file to increase all the settlements build limits at once. Outa the Vault.. bat big.. carry on. :)
Just remember the 25% increase is of the "current" size, and it's cumulative.

thank you for the reply, i am probably going to un-install IBLE right now and see how that goes for me
