Question Bugged plot spawn in Starlight after takeover

So I noticed that every single Interior plot at Starlight is a "Security Office." They have the desk, shotgun plaque on the wall, etc. and so forth, and they all say they're the security office when I read the plaque.

However they seem to have also spawned, somehow, into Commercial plots. This is the plaque on the plot that's above the "Liquors" building, on the South side of the lot, in the pre-built Starlight when you choose Conq startup defaults. At this time I have taken it over with the "Raid and take prisoners" options.

Martial plots that have the Security Office show the correct stats: Power -1, Defense 9, not a source of income. On the Security Office that spawned into the Commercial interior plot, however, the plaque shows this:

The plot itself is decorated as the SecOffice, all objects spawned in correctly. Very odd.

Update: Yep, almost every single Interior plot in Starlight has become a Security Office, whether it's a Martial plot or a Commercial plot. The Martial plot has correct stats on the plaque; all Commercial Interior plots show the stats as on the image.
I am able to manually activate the ASAM and choose a plot. It shows a list of, fortunately, Commercial plots as expected. Choosing a new plot from the list seems to work as expected, and it starts building.

The interior Industrial plots appear correct. Also there is a single interior Commercial that is correct, which is Death's Head Weaponry. The rest are security offices. Offices all the way down.

Which addons or mods that effect SS are you using? Sounds like one of them edited something they shouldn't have.

Other than the 3-in-1 and Conqueror, I am using Wasteland Venturers. I haven't gotten any other plot packs or whatnot yet.

According to the Desk, it is the "RotC Starlight City Plan."
