Bug with Martial law chapter 2 quest

Hello! I recently just got to the quest martial law for the first time and I have a problem where meeting Aiden at vault 81 as that does not progress sadly, and when trying to talk to Aiden nothing happens, even when trying to talk to Algernon. I've also killed all the gunners and nothing is working

I forgot to mention there was also a bug with jake at the start where choosing the line trust him when he's talking about aiden does nothing but brings back the dialogue menu shortly after with everything still lit up like I didn't choose anything, though choosing other options worked

I'm having this same issue, with Aiden not responding after we clear gunners from vault 81 entrance. Any resolution been found for this?
