BOS Vertibird Repair Station
Commander wants us to repair that downed vertibird and create a repair station for future use. Lousy SOB didn't give us shit for caps or resources. Typical officer doesn't know shit about how the real world works!

Awesome. I love it already!

Won't part of your build get in the way of Liberty prime?

I am not sure to tell the truth, I figured he would clip through it or just walk over the top of it, or go around, or when the game removes the bus and the car during his activation it might take part of my city with it, or that he would just skirt around the edge of my buildings, Not sure.

I have never played the BOS quest line, but I have watched the LP activation which takes it right down that road.
Does the BOS questline give you the Boston airport as a settlement before or after Liberty Prime?

You can get Boston Airport well before Liberty Prime. Not sure about the interaction with the bus and car though. Will see if I can get any intel on it.

You can build at the airport the moment you have spoken to Maxon and become a Knight. All I know from my playthroughs is that the busses and the car get moved for primes walk. Will they interact with your build? I am not sure.

Is liberty prime on rails when he goes past the settlement?
Doesn't he follow like a companion?

He is on rails for the quest. you have to support his advance.

This piqued my interest so I went to check out the situation.
The bus that's parallel to the wall is tied to the prime quest, the other bus is not and will remain once prime is activated.
If I were you Max I would move that platform up tight against the wall, or use the bus that angled as part of you platform with access from the far side of it.

Okay I took a closer look and to me it looks like he clears my platform.
This is the best video i could find of his feet and it appears that he would skirt just along the edge.

After that quest doesn't he free roam around there, doing laps around that car park?
It will make little difference to your build if you move that platform up against the wall and it will remove any chance of messing things up.

So evidently this is over the build limit.
By about 300 Draws.
Was about 2/3rds done when I decided to run a recalculate usage and apparently I am over the limit.
Only have 8 plots, build limit is tiny here.

I like how clean your build is compared to mine that is a mess on the mess.

So, I decided to test my city plan cause had not done so yet and found that it will not progress past the foundation. The need bars are all full, supply cost and leaders are turned off.
After spending 2 days away from the airport my progress to the next level has stayed at 0%. Meanwhile the Red Rocket ROTC city plan has progressed 31%.
My Warwick Homestead City plan is also progressing normally.
Am I missing a step somewhere in my city build process?
Is this maybe a Boston Airport thing?
