I create a blueprint. Cannot save it directly, but found it in the Blueprint Storage and renamed it. Then I go to a different settlement and place Blueprint Controller. In the Blueprint Storage I can see the renamed blueprint. But when choose Build Blueprint Here, and select Layer New, the barter screen is empty. No blueprint to "buy".
I can take the blueprint from the container and see it in my inventory. I can drop it and it shows up in Blueprint Storage. But then again, when choosing Build Blueprint here, the screen is empty. HELP!
EDIT: Infamous95's mod was the culprit. Everything is good now.
