Im having trouble with the blacklisting on an auto build settlement that said my question is whether you have to “Buy” the tag or plot type etc to blacklist it or do you leave it on the right side menu? This is on Xbox series X. My settlers never build what i want them to unless i manually change the plot type and they still wont follow the theme. So another question is whether the Cheats on the desk even work because apparently i have to still earn the theme before anyone will use it? whats the point of unlocking it at the desk then if you have to play to unlock it anyways?
