Black screen with HUD after entering the sealed area in GNN HQ

Title, when going into the sealed area for the first time for the quest flickering lights my screen is totally blacked out except for the hud and pipboy screen. Most solutions seem to point towards this being a timescale issue but those fixes haven't worked for me, and timescale seems correct when using the command show timescale. I did have to use a console command to start the quest since Aiden wouldn't contact me but I don't see how that would cause this problem. Please help.

Do you have the mod "NAC X" installed? I've only seen this be a cause so far.

Forgot to add to this post that it was indeed NAC X. For some reason disabling NAC X and loading into the area, then re-enabling NAC X fixed this issue.

Hey, I'm trying to investigate this issue - do you recall which settings for NAC X you used? Were any optional files used with it, such as ENB? If possible, could you provide a link to the mod?
