Old Post Biggest deficit on Commonwealth

Hi, I wrote about a problem on Nexus site of mod Rise of the Commonwelath. I got suggestion that I will find help on the forum. So, in some settlements, such as Red Rocket, I have huge deficits. When I saw caps on minus and deficit on - 1500 (now is more, more), my jaw dropped. How can do something about it? I didn't build anything in the settlements, the deficits appeared themselves soon after start project settlement.
This problem is only with settlements where development is automatic with a leader.
Ps. It's possible to turn of a deficit? I create my vault and it is problematic that the reactor causes -150, and I want to have another one.

There have been a handful of reported instances of a settlement's costs doing this. I've had one settlement do it, there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. But in the holotape you can opt to turn off maintenance in the local options, which will stop maintenance costs in just the settlement you're in.
 
I tried this, but I still have information about the deficit in the settlements. What is strange, I have this in the current game - I didn't have it before.
 
@Yatau I would go to each problem settlement and run "Rebuild Local Data" under the Configuration tab in the Tools menu of the City Manager Holotape. It should hopefully fix whatever is making you run a deficit.
 
I tried Rebuild Local Data, but that doesn't change.
Maybe list of mods can explain.
