Bed not being counted

The bed in the Vault Dweller's Shack is not being added to the bed count.

Hi Rayhne, the only residential plots in Always Free are the 4 Slum Lords and the Skyfall home. They all have the correct keywords for the beds to count towards the settlement.
I'm not sure which addon has the Vault Dweller's shack, but maybe you could look at the plaque again?

Edit: a quick google shows the Vault Dweller's shack belongs to Classic Shacks by Prof Verstrooid and it seems to be a known issue:
