Howdy Ho!
Thank you for your work, been a fan for some time. I would like to report that I can get neither Bar None, interior prime meats, nor the Brothel interior plots to move past level 1. I am unsure whether it is related to 3.1.6 or not. I seem to remember Bar None advancing in the past on an older play through.
I have three Bars in two settlements and one brothel in one of them and only one interior Prime Meat vendor. None have advanced while all other interior and exterior plots (many Commercial) placed after them have reached lvl 3 some time ago. Plots were placed before 3.1.6. I have since moved and rebuilt all 5 and still no progression. All settlement needs have been met and I have long since endured the “wait while scripts catch up” patience test many times for these two settlements. Sunshine and Sanctuary.
Other plots of course experienced their lag after 3.1.6, but these five have never advanced. All clutter is present for level 1 and nothing seems amiss aside from them never moving forward.
Refresh simply refreshes lvl 1. I have also removed and manually reinstalled your add-on to no avail.
