Question BackGround Butchery quest not starting!!!!Help

Hello the dialogue dont start.I conquested more outposts,vassals,slaver outposts and nothing,i see in ck the quest stages and i see what in my game the dialogue never start.What i can do i need a fix for this like a setstage or something to do a force start to the quest i really want that mutand hounds.

I am triying to do what utuit say to me i am trying to start it taking new outposts,vassals or slaver outposts and waiting 24 hours before going to my base.So I am not doing anything strange to start the quest just conquesting and waiting but i am not going to wait more becaus it dont worked for this i need a fix or somehing.

This quest is started by a conversation between Jammer an Ophelia, you don't start it by talking to either of them. Watch/listen to Jammer when you arrive at HQ, if they don't start talking after a few minutes sleep for 24hrs.

About the mutant hound...... if you are excited to get it because you think it's going to follow you around like dogmeat, it won't. It's a guard dog in your settlement and will join you on assaults, that's all.

Yeah Friend you are very very very intelligent.You really think what i dont know that friend. I waited for ophelia and jammer talking to each other not me talking to them i am not stupid,and i know what the mutant hound are guard dog not companion friend so shut up and let other intelligent member send me a fix to start the quest.And not a member what dont know nothing about modding and dont answer with stupid questions.

look i dont want to be aggresive but you are treating me like i was stupid i just want the fix dont want to a guy what answer me like he was the mos intelligent person in the world and stop triying to say what i am the guy what created the problem because the problem is the mod not me,i just need the quest id to setstage blablabla to start the meeting of ophelia an jammer nothing more.

No where did I treat you as stupid, your first post is some ramble about wanting cmds. I have zero idea how much you know, I ask questions to find out how much you know.
If you think that is me treating you like your stupid, then that's your problem.

Look say what you want this post looks more a page to critize others and not helping it i was dayssss typing for help but no only you answering and only saying obvious things to me and dont helping so i am going to clarify you something i dont want your help ok,go out of this converstaion i dont want youuu to help ok.Sorry for me putting agressive and for beign a bit dick sometimes but the only thing what i want is to be helped nothing more ok and if you or anyone more are only to say a obvius think just and simple dont say to me anything ok?

look he dont help me he didint say how to fix that he only says obvious things okay i dint thrown the help back to his face because not are any help so dont follow the people like a god and if you are going to help do it but if you are going to be another member what not are going to help go out the conversation ok?

We have to ask those questions so we can give the help someone needs.
