Info Needed Art of War not enough warriors for assault

As the title says, after recruiting the 8 Soldiers and trying to start the Assault on Egret, the game tells me i don't have enough warriors for that assault. When i go back to the war table it tells me i have 9 warriors. What do i do?

Try manually switching each of their roles to Warrior.

I actually just did this quest on camera last night and didn't have any issue, but people losing their roles has been an ongoing reported issue. So guessing there are some sequence of events, or series of mods, that we need to find a pattern to this.
