Are the expansions included with the SIM settlements mod on Xbox One?

I had previously been using the Sim settlements 3 in 1 mod on Xbox but due to modspace I had to trim down my load order. I downloaded the regular Sim settlements mod but when I play I still have the options for Rise of the Commonwealth and Industrial Revolution. So my question is what all is now included with the SIM settlements mod? Do I still need to use the three in one mod?

A lot of the functionality of the Expansion packs has migrated into the core mod.

For instance, all the plot types and the Interior plots are now core.

The expansions now contain the specific elements that use those functions: City Plans in RotC, Advanced Industrial Plots in IR.

I'm sure there's a lot more to it, but that's the basic distinction.
