Are Lena's Location Quests Radiant Or Standard Format?

I was supposed to meet Lena at BADTFL, but because it was just a "meet you there" quest, I did a few other things. The quest failed, which failed the CPD main quest to help all CPD people.

So, are they radiants or the standard format quest type? If the latter, why was it timed? That's incongruent with anything but radiants.

It's not a radiant quest, she wants to take over the station in question and without backup she'll try to do it herself and get killed.

It is quite clear even from the very brief amount of time you spend with her before that, that she's very impatient and aggressive, so it's not that much of a surprise that she'd only wait so long before going in anyway right?

Turns out none of the replies are correct for what I'm seeing in my playthrough, though whether bugged in my game or intended . . . not sure. The main quest failed, which I attribute now to that I did End of the Beginning resulting in the inability to recruit CPD for the attack on Gunner Plaza (and that was the only reason it failed based on what I see in my game). On a whim I went to BADTLF well afterwards to find Lena and two of her goons standing peacefully outside. I entered with Lena and we kicked the raider asses. She said she was now going to move the others the BADTLF.

It is standard fare for a Bethesda game quest that tells the player to 'meet me there' for that quest to just wait till you lollygag along as you see fit, like Deacon in Tradecraft - so standard as to be meme worthy (Shaun? Who's Shaun?). It was what I expected as a player since Lena didn't attach herself to me as a follower. If this quest was intended to be done immediately, Lena needs to be a follower from the East Precinct location. If she can die all on her own, it would be incongruent to the standard player experience of this 'fine' game's mechanics to say "meet me there".

As I said though, whether the replies are truly correct or not depends on whether that series of quests is bugged or not. lol For now Lena is alive and well.

Update: Lena and gang moved to BADTLF, regular CPD peeps at South Boston location. No more quests after that I guess? I also have the Failed main CPD quest stuck in my log.
