Anyone experienced same screen-freeze as with the save-bug?

I do not have CTD's. Not 1. So game is running perfectly. But now in Ch3 I get this screen-freezing. Audio continues, but video is frozen. It reminds me off the save-bug from a while ago. It happens occasionally when I quicksave or when I donate stuff to the City Planners desk. I waited some minutes but the game is not becoming alive again. Is this something others are experiencing also? And, any solution perhaps?

Yes; mostly if I fast travel to certain settlements.

Yeah, I'm freezing when saving my game, and, doesn't matter how I try to save. Also when trying to fast travel.
