Any Vault 88 City Plans?

I'm asking in Nexus Mods Forum but I thought I'd ask here as well. I was reminded of how much of a pain building Vault 88 can be, so I thought I could make it easier & use a City Plan. Trouble is the only one I have from Strong Swanson basically resets everything back to the state which I initially find Vault 88 in. Are there any City Plans I can download & utilize? Thanks.

P.S. - I found this from Blackbelt but more would be nice to consider too. Again, Thanks.

Yes - specifically the Reina and Gavman Vault 88 ones you will find links to here in addition to the Blackbelt one you already found give you three pretty different options for Vault 88.
Nice, Thanks. One more thing, amongst those City Plans as well as RotC SS2 Edition, I couldn't help but notice these on the RotC CPs utilized. In fact I also saw this in Blackbelt's V88 CP as well....

Am I missing Mods or something?

Ah, now that is a question I can answer.

The build kit wasteland reconstruction by Kinggath is the building tool that I and many others who build city plans for ss2 use. It has markers like the store at the Abernathy farm and many animation markers for settlers to use in their downtime you will see these as blue people.
There are also red blocks that you will see on the ground or walkways they are called navmesh helpers they help the settlers walkabout.
The red box you see out of the border is an attack spawner so when the settlement gets attacked they should spawn there.
If you see other colours boxes they are linked to functions, guards, vendors, slaves etc.

So to the player, it doesn't really matter then? They're like figurines on a scale area model then?

I think of them like this.
The blue men are to give a settlement life to the player they are not really needed but knowing where they are enable you, so you do not build on them.
The navmesh markers are for the settlers to move about a settlement in location the builder noticed they tend to get stuck for the player they are not something to worry about.
the markers that are outside of the settlement border like the red one you posted a picture of are where attaches should come from so knowing that is helpful to the player so you can be ready.
Aside from that, I am sure there is a way to make them non-visible from the city player tape or the mcm
